I had a crown prepared and fitted in the same session and I particularly liked the way each stage of the procedure was explained. For the nervous patient this can be very helpful in that it diverts the attention and gives a framework you can recognise. I also liked the flexible approach which enables me to have the crown done at a moment’s notice!! Many thanks.

Felt very relaxed and made to feel at ease. Adam always tells me to raise my hand if I need him to stop but there’s never been a need for this. I was made to feel welcome by all the staff every visit I’ve made.

The whole process is client (patient) orientated – from the friendly and efficient receptionists to the highly professional dentist and dental nurse service. Good explanations from the dentist – very thorough. Appreciated the gum rub anaesthetic! Thank you. All this in contrast to my previous dental experience which put me in fear of dental treatment. I have also brought my two year old daughter who enjoyed her very first “check-up”. Amazing! Thoroughly recommended.
