We treat our patients, our staff and ourselves with kindness, respect and compassion.
We see relationship between dentist and patient as a partnership. Our role is to give you the information you need to make confident, informed choices about your dental care. We’ll show you photos, scans, and x-rays so you can see exactly what’s going on inside your mouth.
We know that not everyone likes visiting the dentist and that’s OK. We’ll always take time to listen to your concerns and offer calm, considered support that works for you.
When it comes to treatment, we use high quality materials, skilled techniques, and trusted labs to deliver quality that lasts. We don’t chase trends — we use what works and is backed by solid evidence.
We’ll help you stay healthy between visits too, by supporting you with practical prevention and self-care advice.
You’ll always receive a clear, written estimate before treatment starts, so there are no surprises when it comes to cost.
Your care takes place in a clean, safe environment, and we follow the most up-to-date guidelines on hygiene and cross-infection control.
We will keep your personal data confidential and only share it with others when you give your express permission.
If something goes wrong and it is our fault, we will be open and honest about it and suggest ways to make it right.
We’re big believers in lifelong learning. From fine-tuning our systems and improving treatment outcomes to finding fresh solutions to old challenges, we’re always looking for better ways to do things.
