Two day Ashley Latter course “Ethical Sales and Communication”. All the team had a “family outing” for a two day course where we all participated in role play and seminars where we learnt how to better communicate with each other and our patients – we want to make sure our patients feel we are listening and responding to their needs!
Sarah’s first day back at work after Uganda and she is brimming over with stories of what they have seen and done and of the people they met. She had plenty of photos to present to us and she is kindly making a display for the downstairs waiting room so that those who donated can see just where their money went. Sarah is sure she will be going back one day – watch this space!
One the 14/02/13 Heidi and Sarah are off to Uganda until 01/03/13! The girls have done a brilliant job of fundraising and our patients have been more than generous! We wish them all the best of luck and we shall miss them while they are gone!
Another lunch time filled with products and materials to keep us as current as possible in this ever changing and forward – moving profession.
An afternoon of education and fun for Heidi and Charlotte with the children at Herne Junior school.
The changes are complete on the first floor. We now have a great new consultation room (for those more private conversations) and the toilet has been upgraded to look much more sleek and modern.
The CQC turned up on our doorstep on a damp Monday morning. Were we worried? NO! We passed with flying colours! if you would like to see the report, please visit http://www.cqc.org.uk/directory/1-241354739
Today we had a good learning session being taught about all the types of implant out there and what works best in what situation, an interesting one for our receptionist Rebecca who is still new to all of this!
